CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

BASIC TRAINING

This workshop is held in a facility that is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.  If disabled, please notify us at the time of registration to review parking and other special needs.

Social Workers:  This program was approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Provider # 886413581) for 41.25 continuing education contact hours.  Refer to your local social work board regarding acceptance of these CEUs.  Also review the information on the NASW website  that pertains to approval by Licensure boards. 

Psychologists:  40 CEUs.  Program co-sponsored by the EMDR Institute.  EMDR Institute is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists.  EMDR Institute, Inc. maintains responsibility for the program.

Counselors:  This 51-hour program has been approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors (Approval # SP-1235).

This course has been approved by the EMDR International Association as meeting the full requirements for basic EMDR training towards certification in EMDR.  Note that the course must be completed in its entirety for the participant to be given a certificate of completion.  Clinicians seeking certification from EMDRIA must complete, after the basic training, 20 hours of EMDR consultation with an EMDRIA-approved consultant.
